Tzafona Academy

The Daroma Tzafona Company feels that empowering businesses in the periphery is extremely important and by doing so it contributes to their stability, growth and to generating high added value for the businesses and their entire surroundings.

 

We believe that in order to create a strong and stable periphery emphasis must be placed on cultivating businesses in the production sector and exporters, as they are the central growth engines, while providing them with appropriate management tools and skills.  The name of the game is management; upon which we place great importance. Our training program is based on experience, knowledge gained, implementation of leading academic models, integrating innovation, and encouraging peer learning and cooperation.

 

The Daroma Tzafona Company has joined with the nonprofit IVN, the SIT Company and the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzelia in order to provide managers in the periphery with cutting edge knowledge, experience and innovation.

 

The training program, currently operating in the north, but soon to be expanded to the south, includes 8-10 six hour meetings.  During each and every meeting the managers hear a series of academic lectures, participate in practical workshops and are presented with a variety of examples from the field on a broad range of management topics such as strategic management thinking, business marketing and development, human resources and motivating employees, operational financial tools and more.

 

We in the company work diligently to make available the best experts and professionals on these topics in order to provide the managers with quality tools to stabilize and grow their businesses.

Business owners or their managers who have received financing through the Funds.
