Daroma-Tzafona was founded by a number of private entrepreneurs, headed by the industrialist Mr. Eitan Wertheimer and in active partnership with the Jewish Agency for Israel.
Foundation Vision
Reduce the social and economic gaps between Israel’s central and peripheral regions, driven by the belief that a thriving industrial sector is a powerful engine for growth — creating employment, elevating quality of life, and strengthening the Israeli economy as a whole.
Foundation Mission
The Fund strengthens small and medium-sized manufacturers in Israel’s northern and southern regions by providing access to capital, expert guidance, and a robust business support network.
Believing industry is a key driver of national growth, we empower high-potential and export-oriented factories with preferential loans and advanced management tools.
Through the Industrialists’ Networking, we connect CEOs and factory owners across Israel, fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and the collective growth of the country’s industrial ecosystem.
Our Values
Service | Professionalism | Trust | Integrity | Confidentiality
All of these, together with loyalty to the founders’ vision and a steadfast commitment to continuous impact measurement.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Continuous measurement and evaluation are central to our work. We track the fund’s impact at both the plant level and across Israel’s industrial ecosystem to drive improvement and efficiency.
Our team conducts regular site visits and systematic data collection to understand each factory’s needs and performance, forming the basis for tailored support and measurable results. Periodic surveys and industry analyses provide a broader view, helping us identify cross-sector opportunities and design programs that strengthen Israel’s industrial sector as a whole.
