Management is the key to success. To build a strong and sustainable industrial sector, we invest in developing the managerial backbone of the businesses we support. In partnership with Tel Aviv University Faculty of Management’s Lahav Executive Education program, we established the Academy, a unique executive training program for senior industry leaders, combining practical experience, academic excellence, innovation, and peer collaboration.
The program combines academic lectures, practical workshops, and real-world case studies across key management topics — including strategic thinking, business development, marketing, human capital leadership, financial tools, digital management, and AI applications.
Beyond the training itself, participants form a strong peer network of senior executives who continue to collaborate and exchange insights long after the program ends.
