Developed and managed in partnership with FISCHER (FBC & Co.), the program offers lectures, workshops, and case studies designed to foster thoughtful, professional, and secure planning for the future of family and business. Its goal is to guide families toward a comprehensive family agreement and structured governance process, supported and subsidized by Daroma Tzafona.

The Private Clients and Intergenerational Transfers Department at Fisher has many years of experience in assisting some of the largest and most complex families and family businesses in the Israeli economy. A few years ago, the firm and the foundation joined forces and founded the first practical school for intergenerational transfers in family businesses, whose doors are open only to the foundation's clients.
