Despite the differences between the factories, we found that most managers face similar challenges – recruiting and retaining employees, financing working capital and investments, penetrating international markets, bureaucracy and dealing with government agencies, promoting innovation and business development. At the same time, each of the managers possesses invaluable experience accumulated over years of hard work, which can be a source of inspiration and significant support for his colleagues.

Therefore, as part of realizing Eitan’s vision, we initiate and regularly hold various meetings between members of our Industrialists’ Club, which allow for expanding the circles of connections, learning from real case studies and open discussion of current managerial dilemmas – all in order to promote a stronger, more advanced and more connected Israeli industry.
